The 2 guys we had were probably the most friendly, professional service people I've ever had in my home. Absolutely great! The carpet looks really good too! My only complaint (if you could call it that) would be that you say the carpet will be dry in 12-18 hours and it actually took longer than that. We didn't care because we made plans to move things back into the space after 48 hours but someone might be counting on it being dry earlier which could lead to disappointment. I will definitely be calling you again!
