Professional customer service - ease of scheduling, email confirmation, tech calling prior to arriving, billing process, invoice by email. Professional technician - thoroughly explained process and cost, worked very hard, and took his time. Kudos for the orange corner guards - no one else does that! Also the tarp over the open front door to keep the AC in! And the floor fans to jump start the drying process. Carpeting dried faster than I thought it would, and it was soft and not "crunchy"! My carpeting is extremely high quality, is 30 years old and has no wear. It cleaned up perfectly. I've had Zerorez 3 times, and this was the best results I've ever had. I have already called a friend and recommended your company. Thank you.

Tim was absolutely wonderful. What a great job he did on the upholstery, carpet and stairs (we have quite a few of them) Thought for sure we would have to replace our carpet. He got rid of whatever was 'smelly'...I have recommended him to a few of my friends. Will be having him out here again to do my bedrooms upstairs...THANKS TIM - THANKS ZEROREZ!!!
