Jon did a good job, very professional. Carpets seem very clean. Did a good job on a couple spots we had.
I have used zero res before and that is the reason I called again to get carpets cleaned. i noticed some differences. No protectors were placed under the furniture, easily fixed by me. A cover was left off the furnace as well, easily replaced. My husband, not I, was present when the cleaning was done and we are both satisfied with the cleaning but curious abut the other differences frrom the previous cleaning.

Everything! I cannot believe that you were able to get all the bad doggie stains out of our family room carpeting. Our two dogs have not snuck downstairs to relieve themselves since you cleaned it. I could not believe the carpet was completely dry within an hour. You've got a great thing going!

First of all I would have to say that our technician is top notch. Steve was both professional and personable and you have a valuable employee in him. We gave him a tough job with our carpeting and he really worked to do the best possible job he could. I have two older cats that have been tough on our carpets. Your products worked so well to remove both the stains and smell. Zerorez is the only company I would have back and recommend to others.
The rug looks so much better after cleaning - and there doesn't seem to be any residue.
My rug was so damaged by cat urine that it could not be cleaned. The Zerorez technician was honest about that instead of selling something that wouldn't work. He also told me how to remove the rug and treat the floor, as well as letting me know that your company sells new carpeting. He was terrific.
