No residue, no chemicals. My daughter is severely allergic to dogs. The previous owner of the property had a dog. The owner had a commercial cleaner clean the place prior to us spending a couple of hours there to see how my daughter would respond to the place. She was coughing, wheezing, etc. within the first 1/2 hour. She had to be nebulized for 2 days & was coughing for 10 days after we left. I asked the owners to have Zerorez come in to clean & we'd give it another shot. We spent 3 hours there & she was fine. We are now renting the townhome while we build a new home & my daughter is doing great! I would highly recommend Zerorez & have already done so to several friends. THANKS!!

The gentleman (cleaner) was such a kind person. He listened to my concerns and areas that I wanted cleaned. He was very thorough in his job. Our old carpet looks new again. I called at the last minute for carpet cleaning. They came out the next day. The technician came out right on time. The quality of the cleaning was amazing. I had grease stains on carpet from son who is diesel mechanic. The price was very fair. The time it took to clean three rooms was amazingly fast.

I found that my carpet was much easier for small clean-ups or spills by just taking a paper towel and rubbing a little and then blotting - all gone.
