So far the carpets look great. Hopefully, the spots won't reappear in a little while. Also, so far, the steps look the best they have for a long time with coit cleaning them.

We requested a review of the initial job and I was left feeling like there was nothing more important than our 100% satisfaction. the service was fast and the technician replaced some of the larger furniture. I liked the pet solution-gave it a fresh smell, and the carpets turned out great !

We had alot of stains on the carpet and he got all of them out I would never go back to any other company for carpet cleaning. You guys are the best and I am telling everyone to use zerorez. Great job

Your cleaning crew were very nice and explained everything very well and thoroughly. I think they did an excellent job of getting rid of the pet/wear stains on the carpet. It dried very quickly so I could move furniture back. They came within the time frame, well before the end of it, so I didn't have to wait a long time.
