Sean was a wonderful technician. He explained everything and asked for my approval when he was done. I recommended Zerorez to my daughter in Forest Lake.... her carpet was squishy and wet when the tech left. Everything was clean but they had to rent professional fans for 3 days to dry the 2 floors of carpet. Sean brought a fan with and when he was gone some of the carpet was almost completely dry.
