Like the fact that there is little residue left in the carpet and that the carpet is practically dry when you leave. Derrick was much more efficient and careful than other technicians in the past. We would recommend Derrick in the future. This was our third experience with Zerorez and the best.

The person you sent out (Dan?) to do the cleaning was so polite with myself and our toddler who was home. He did a great job explaining everything he was doing and what to expect and we're very pleased with the results.

We were impressed that there are no chemicals used in the cleaning process. Chris Compton was the technician that came to our home. He was prompt, very professional & got the job done in an amazingly short time! We were thinking of replacing the carpet next year, but it looks like we won't have to.

We had a problem area from a pet that came back after a cleaning. We called and you sent out a guy who spent whatever time was necessary to make sure that the stain was gone. We are completely happy with the service.
