The technicians were friendly and knew what they were doing. They answered all my questions and took the time to do a couch and chair. I didn't have to have another service call. They were willing to do them while they were there.

We just moved into an older home and the carpet is in good shape, but is 20 years old and had some noticable traffic dirt. Zerorez was able to get out more of the dirt than I was expecting! The man who came to do the cleaning was also very friendly, professional and really wanted to help me get my carpet looking good. I also liked the idea that no chemicals are used. I have three children under 2 years old that crawl on the carpet, so having a clean and safe environment for them is important!

Everything! The carpets were cleaned in a timely manner. I also appreciated that there was no chemical residue. I also appreciated that Aaron Heath took care not to scratch the wood floors, everything (equipment, etc.) was cleaned up, etc. I have already handed out Aaron's business card to some friends. The two young men who cleaned my carpet were so polite and professional. (Darnell LaShappelle was the lead technician) They asked me to check things out as they finished each area. Everything was carefully explained before they began their work and they showed concern that I was totally satisfied when the job was finished. I am very pleased with how my carpets look and feel. Your technician, James, was very thorough, explaining what he was doing as he went along, and was very careful in his treatment of the home and its furnishings.

I really like the citrus smell of the pre-treatment, it lasted for a couple days. Also, my carpets are the cleanest they've ever been...very pleased!

Robert was very professional. He called before he came to give me a heads up. We went through the house to count all vents. He told me what procedure he would follow.He showed me what the price would be after counting the vents.
