What I like about the products is that they are natural with no harsh chemicals. Having kids in the house I feel that is very important. The smell of the products was also very clean and fresh. This is the second time I have had Zerorez out to clean the carpets and again , they look wonderful. the tech that I had was Mylan Johns. He was very nice, friendly, efficient and listened to what I needed done. I am very pleased. Saying that, however, I did notice a area in the upstairs area that doesn't look quite right. it is discolored, looks like the head of the hose, or machine that removes the water stopped here. It is discolored and is pretty obvious. I didn't notice it when he was here as it was all damp.Thank you again Name removed

Doug did a professional job. Carpets were not wet, just a little damp. Carpets smelled good and I do not have one stain left.

Minimal chemicals.

we have used Zerorez twice now and have been very happy with the results. One issue I had last week was when the tech spoke with me and was told NOT to treat additional areas he had found with a pet stain. Pets did not live in the home and I did not feel there was a need for the additional $180.00 charge. The same tech then spoke with my husband and talked him into the additional charges. This could be a deal breaker for us next time we need a carpet cleaner.

Malachi was very efficient, fast and I love the results...the spot treatment he recommended has been amazing! Ive already recommended Zerorez to about 6 people and I know one for sure that has an appointment in September!!

Andrew and crew were extremely courteous and professional. They were quite thorough and very hard working. They went above and beyond the call of duty when they sucked up a live bat that made its presence known during the cleaning! High marks all around.

The scheduling staff were amazing in working with my scheduling constraints. The technician was professional and courtious. The carpets were really clean. Zerorez removed stains that the last carpet cleaning service had been unable to get out.

Our carpet was destroyed and Zerorez came in and cleaned it and it looks brand new again and it dried very fast! this is our 2nd time using them and we will use them in the future as well. They do an amazing job and it takes longer to get dirty then when we used to use the Rug Doctor.
