The carpet was clean and the rep explained some additional things I can do it anything should resurface and if that didn't take care of it, still call them even after 30 days. It shouldn't happen, but could. He was not pushing and didn't "sound" like a sales man. You could just tell he was being honestly helpful. That to me says he likes the job and believes in the Zerores and it's services. I kept the brochures for the future when we final get new carpet and would definitely consider using the protective coat the recommended to put on my carpet once a year.

I liked that there was no over powering smell after the carpets were cleaned....It just plan and simple smelt clean and refreshed. I also liked the quality and kindnest of my service man Ben G. Explained everything and was very helpful and knowledgable about the carpets.

It was fast, effective, and non-invasive - I liked that all the equipment stayed in the van and didn't need to be hauled through the house.

customer service was great and the information about stains and the process of cleaning was very helpful to better understand why stains reappear, etc. I had some stains that were treated 2 other times by a company and they just kept coming back....Zerorez came in and the stains are not coming back at all....its all about the process of how they are removed I guess. The carpet looked cleaner too than my previous experience with a different company.
