The employees are very professional, they explain the process in detail and take time to answer any questions you might have. They do a fantastic job at cleaning the carpets and area rugs and this time the cleaned all the tile in my house and then sealed it. It looks brand new. The biggest thing is that the prices is so affordable.

We love that there are no chemicals used in the process unlike so many other "green" companies yet the carpet looks great! Also, Joe (who did the cleaning with an associate) adjusted the rate down from my original quote when he calculated the actual square footage. He also explained the process to us very well so we would know what to expect. In fact, the carpet looks much better than we had expected - nearly identical to how it looked when we bought the home nine years ago. Our only minor quibble would be that the carpet took longer to dry than the 8-10 hours we had been told. In fact, parts were slightly damp after 24 hours.

The technicians were very professional. Everything went exactly as I was told it would. On time, straight to work, and they had a big job on their hands. My ducts hadn't been clean in a very long time. Those two technicians toughed it out and I look forward to lower electric bills and, more importantly, the improved quality of the air in my home. Steve and James were very accommodating in working around the needs of my disabled daughter and her nurses. And at the last minute they agreed to clean my 10 year old furniture for me. It looks FABULOUS. Most of all, I feel good knowing that the products they use are safe to use in the home. I am trying to reduce the chemicals I expose my family to and I trust Zerorez to be safer that other companies.

The representative was polite, well dressed and seemed to know his job very well. His adding extra suggestions regarding the best after care of the carpets was much appreciated. He suggested a spray-on finish to pretect the carpet from soiling too soon. This was appreciated since our carpet is white and the 3-room area completely open. We are definitely satisfied with your product and services.
