Service could not have been better; from both customer service as well as our onsite rep. My old old carpets are cleaner than they have ever been in the time we have owned this home (8 yrs). Stains are stains and I did not expect my carpet to look brand new, but my expectations were exceeded as my heavy traffic areas came out much better than I could have hoped. I love the confidence I have in laying on my carpets while playing with my toddler and preschooler; I know the carpet is clean and sanitized.

I liked the 220 degrees hot water that pulled the "spots" out of the white carpet! It removed the spots very well, however I was hoping for a miracle that it would remove or lighten a couple of really bad "stains" but it did not.

My next option is to lighten the "stains" with water & vinegar in hopes of lightening/bleaching these areas. Lesson learned - handle a stain asap!

Overall the experience was great and I would definitely recommend Zerorez!

The Zerorez rep was very professional. We liked that they had corner protectors so your corners don't get dinged up from the hose. There was no residue and the carpet dried quickly and it looked brigther.

quick drying and not to perfumy

Two associates were wonderful who came to our home. They were personable, knowledgeable and respectful. Excellent job getting the spots out and treating the carpet for pet accidents. The carpets almost look brand new!
