We would recomend that when you tell a client that you would send back your rep. from last year. you doit. We had some spots that this rep did 'nt get out. He said that they can'nt get out coffee stains and ink stain. THE REP. LAST YEAR GOT ON THE FLOOR AND HAD A BRUSH AND HE GOT OUT ALL THE STAINS. THIS REP. SAID HE HAD NOTHING TO GET OUT STAINS. WE HAD THE SAME STAINS LAST YEAR. WE ARE SLOPPY COFFEE DRINKERS. WE STILL LIKE YOUR SERVICE.

It was very very clean, they did not use any harsh chemicals and there was literally no residue on the carpet after it dried. Also the guy that came to my home was very respectful and new exactly what he was talking about to treat the fibers of carpet i had in my home.

I like that I could get service within a quick time. I LOVE the fact that there is no after sticky feeling, feels super clean. Reed did a super job on the carpet and sofa and love seat. I was thinkin about buying new, but not anymore. Thank you!

efficient; did great job on getting out a couple of stains; recently had rooms painted and there were a few drips of paint that had dried in the carpet and the carpet cleaner was able to remove most; felt he went above and beyond his duty to work on these; would request the tech. back

The fellows that came out to clean our carpets were very professional and respectful. I told them that my husband had just past away after spending the last 5 weeks with hospice care in our porch. I explained to them the spills that had happened and they assured me that all the stains could be removed and they were. I also asked if they had time to clean my 8 kitchen stools and they said it wouldn't be a problem. One didn't come as clean as I would have liked it, but they tried. I had had an unbelieveable amount of traffic coming through our home though out this ordeal and my carpets had taken the toll. I had your company clean the carpets last Sept. and was not very pleased. I decided to give you another try and am very glad I did. The difference was the personal treatment I received. Thank you

Zerorez was very impressive in phone calls prior to work being done to make sure everything was ready--they arrived promptly and did a very professional, thorough job. I was most impressed with Deron and Mike when they arrived--very friendly, efficient and easy to work with.
