professional staff that do a good job

Derrick was my serviceman and was a hard worker and very polite. We have expensive wool carpet on the stairs that I was very concerned about having cleaned with water, but Derrick assured me the process was safe and he had cleaned wool before. The carpets smelled clean and fresh, not chemical smell. I would definately use Zerorez again.

Wow! I had been hearing your ads on 1130am and finally thought I would give your company a try as there was a special at $149.00 for 3 rooms. We have six teenage foster sons and two dogs who had destroyed the beige carpet in the family room and bedrooms. I was going to rip out the carpet and put in laminate flooring as the carpet was covered in multiple black stains. To my amazement Zerorez took out all of the stains and the carpet looks brand new. I am so happy with the results as Zerorez saved me a considerable amount of money and time since I do not have to replace the carpet. Steve, our service provider, was very, very knowledgeable and was able to give us some suggestions to help clean the carpet. He and his co-worker were clean, friendly, verbal and very helpful. I have already recommended Zerorez to our friends. In the fall I plan to have Steve come back and clean our ductwork.

We have had Zerorez three different times for cleaning of our carpet. The most recent cleaning was the very best. The technician worked very hard on troubled spots and did a wonderful job.

It did a much better job than the traditional carpet cleaners have done in the past. It left a very clean look and smell. The tech who did the job was very friendly and polite.

My attendant, Jeremy, was the difference. This was the third time I've had my carpets cleaned by Z but he made the difference. His sincere care, ability, attention to detail and mostly his customer service. My carpeting is over 20 yrs. old and parts of the padding have been damaged by the masses of dogs and construction workers tramping through my house over the years. His matter of fact statements were never critical. H was factual, concise and not critical. That is really an art. I've retired from a Fortune 100 company, during which I spent over 15 yrs. in customer service and 10 in HR. This man is such an asset. I hope you realize that a company is not just their product or promises, it is in the people whose face is related to it. Jeremy is a prize. While Jeremy was here a man came to inquire about the service (from Z). New to me, the immediate follow up. Other than the pleasantries Jeremy and I had expressed there wasn't a lot to say. He did quote me the same prices, etc. I wanted it known that when he was done I was extremely happy. I'm happy with the service, with the overall job and especially Jeremy. With the number of years I spent in C/S (or what's called now) I do know how important feedback is. To say he did a great job is an understatement. Carpets look and feel clean

My carpeting looks like new again. Love that there isn't any soap involved. I believe that my downfall with doing it myself was using too much soap which, it appears, did more harm than good.

The technician arrived on time. He explained the product. He was quick and efficient.

When we got the oriental carpets back they seems so much thicker. They had a very pleasant small and looked wonderful.

I'm extremely leary about chemicals in cleaning products, especially since I have a cat. Kyle reassured me that it was okay if my cat walked across the carpet even while it was still damp - of course the cat did - and I didn't worry that he was going to get poisoned from any chemicals. Both Kyle and Jake were extremely efficent and they both had a smile on their face and were happy to to answer my questions and explain everything to me. They were done before I knew it, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. This is my second time using Zerorez, and I would definately use them again, as well as recommend them.
