We unfortunately did not have the good of service over the phone when we called to schedule our cleaning. The phone agent did not provide us with a quote or explain some of the services very well.

The products work and they don't bleach your carpet. Sure I have to treat the spot sometimes 2 -3 times depending on what the stain was but I can count on the stain being totally gone when my carpet dries. I also like how you keep one updated with emails and in a timely manner. It sure would be nice tho if there were more locations as I live in Prescott, Wi. And the place we go to to get more solution is over by Richfield, Minn.. Only thing that's nice bout that tho is my daughter lives over there so when we do have to go to zerorez we stop in and see our grandson so the trip is worth while, far but worth while:)
Except for the last minute discussion of the Water Disposal fee the pricing was straight forward. Also, the technician was polite and well versed and thorough about is duties.

On-time, professional service completed in a timely manner. The no-chemical process was appealing to our family with a young child.
1. The agent (cleaner) behavior (talk and demeanor) was that of someone who was serious about their service and the quality of what he was delivering.
2. The agent (cleaner) was dressed professionally (in a uniform) and the equipment appeared to be in excellent condition.
3. The carpet was very clean. However, it is hard to know how much cleaner that another company could have done, but I would have Zerorez back for the above reasons and for their claim of zero residue.
Doug was our serviceman. I was very appreciative that, although he asked, I did not feel pressure to add other services...I wanted the $149 deal and that was that. Doug was respectful of our decision. I really liked that. I really HATE the "for just another $$$, we can do this or that" I want to know how much it is going to be and be done with it!!

When I called you I was greeted by a friendly professional who set me up with an aappointment. Technician called prior to cleaning and was right on time. He explained everything and all the pricing and how long it would take and if I had any questions. The carpets were all cleaned very well withiut any stains left or the smell of cat pee. Thank you!
The service technician was very professional and thorough. I liked what the pre-treatment did to eliminate the stains and I also loved how clean and soft the carpet felt after it dried.

Had alot done, carpets, upholstery, duct work cleaned. Professional and friendly workers! Carpets were not crunchy and full of soap! Great work on sofa and loveseat!. The best was
the duct work maybe because I suffer from asthma and allergies but wow fresh air!!! I've had it done before by others but never has anyone took every vent off!! they took their time to do it right - Thank you zerorez.

The team that came to the house was very professional and timely, and they made the experience very easy. They answered questions, and they provided information and advice to all questions that I had.
I would like to recommend that the fact that you are available for appointments 7-days a week be advertised better. I have been waiting a long time to even call because the assumption was that you are only available during normail business hours. This is a big win for our next cleaning!
Also, it would be helpful to have the schedulers help with determining how a cleaning in a house could work. We live in a townhouse, and it was unclear how we could accommodate the whole house in one cleaning. I chose to break it apart by floor, and the lead technician helped me plan the next cleaning(s). This would be a better service to have someone quote, stop by for an estimate, or assist at the scheduling time.

We've had Zerorez come out before and our carpet was "crunchy" we had to have them re-come out and try to fix it and they also gave us a certificate for a free cleaning. Although I was happy with their customer service, I would have rather had a great job done the first time. This is I had my doubt, but wanted my carpets cleaned after a big party and remembered the certificate. Doug was our cleaning guy and I wish we had him our first time trying Zerorez. He did A GREAT JOB! He was not only helpful but he was quick and our carpets look AND FEEL AWESOME! Thanks! -First name removed
All of it - expecially no odor. Always the most polite and efficient people. I like the new guards that were used around wall corners and furniture and the the door guard. Nice improvements.
Good customer service. Very honest about the cost. We only had one room to clean so the sales person said the technician could do some other services for us to try and use up the money. So we had some pet/odor treatment and sealant. I called Zerorez because I listen to KS95 and they talk about it all the time. I like the idea of no soap residue because I know that makes the carpet dirty again faster.
Great technicians in Andrew and Anthony. Very friendly, stuck to the matter at hand and did a great job!!Liked Andrew's knowledge of carpet cleaning. I like Zerorex also because they don't use soap to clog up the carpeting.
The cleaning and vacuming of our carpet and 2 sofas was professional done to our satisfaction. The two gentlemen knew what they were doing and explained the whole procedure. We are very pleased with the results and would use your company in the future.
