Carpet was very clean. Person who cleaned carpet arrived during the specified time period. He called before arriving. He explained the procedure, answered questions, worked very efficiently, and was a very pleasant person.

I thought the quality of the cleaning (first-time) was excellent. I had many pet stains all over, and they are all gone - a miracle! The carpeting looks brand new. The service was more expensive than any other I have used in the past, but I guess you get what you pay for. I would definitely use this company again.
