With little ones spending more time on the floor than anywhere else, there is a comfort in knowing that they aren't playing in a sea of chemicals. The technicians were very efficient and professional. The carpet looks sooo much better! We had one area with cat urine "issues" which required extra treatment -- we are still waiting for it to completely dry but are optimistic it will be good. I was amazed to find you clean carpets on Sunday which worked out great for us.

The technician and assistant were professional and friendly and did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time The only thing...they did not put plastic under the legs of a metal bed after pushing it back where they cleaned. We caught it right away and there shouldn't be a problem with rust. If this gets to Steve and Rob, I'm sorry I forgot to give you the ice water when you were all done! We have and will continue to recommend zerorez.
