Did a great job of getting the carpet and vents clean.
I liked the worker bees--good teamwork, respectful, seemed to like their jobs. Went over what was entailed in duct cleaning--we counted the ducts together. They 'teamed' with me to get the duct covers cleaned while they worked on the ducts. They recommended fixes to strange duct cover situations. I felt well served when they were done.

Chemical-free process for carpet cleaning. Technician very attentive to limiting negative impacts on household (e.g. fabric barrier across front door to keep air/bugs/etc out while cleaning, took off his shoes right away when entering house, careful not to scrape walls with hoses when going around corners). Friendly, accomodating staff - honored our request for morning vs. afternoon timeframe. Thanks!
