I used Zerorez a few years ago. The next time I needed my carpet cleaned, about 2 years later, I used "a deal" from another company. After the carpet dried, I noticed the "crunchy" feeling on the carpet, which I had heard about in your commercials (you don't leave the crunch behind). It has been less than 6 months since I used that company and my carpet was again dirtier than it was before they cleaned. I can't blame it on my cats, because I've had these particular cats for 5+ years. I do believe it was the residue that attracted more dirt to the carpet.

I was amazed at how well my carpet turned out. I just bought a house and the carpet throughout was disgusting. I wanted to at least get it sanitized until I was able to purchase new carpet. Zerorez got it so clean, it looked almost new, not to mention that all of the stains were gone (and there were a lot of stains). I could not be happier with the results. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone.

The technician was very honest about the results that could be expected from our carpet given the nature of the soil. He saved us from spending needless money on something that can't be remedied. As soon as we replace the carpet in that room, we will have him return to clean the rest of the downstairs.

Antwan did a great job! Our carpets look the best they have in years. Antwan did a thorough job and was straightforward about what he would do and what he recommended. He did not come across as pushy when recommended different upgrades. He was able to get out a couple stains that we couldn't get out and cleaned up everything when he was done. The next time we need carpet cleaning we will most likely use Zerorez. If anyone is looking for a carpet cleaner we will recommend Zerorez.
