We liked our serviceman Steve Martin. He did a good job and explained the process to us before he started, explained what we need to do to assist in the drying and did a walk through before he left. Thought $50 was a little high to spot clean an upholstered chair, We would recommend Steve.

Liked how the technician explained what he was doing. And got the spots out of the carpet.
The 2 gentlemen that came out were awesome,they let me know step by step what was going on,and answered all my questions. We work from home so they were both very accommodating with any noise. We have Great Danes and do work with a Great Dane rescue so when I got to see the carpets when they were finished (unbelievable) they looked brand new. I walk thru the house now and can not believe that we had not done this before.
