I have used your carpet cleaning service many times and like how efficient and effective you are. I just had you pick up some area rugs for cleaning (first time) and I was surprised at how expensive it was compared to other carpet cleaning. May not do it again.
I have only had my carpets cleaned. I liked that I was fully informed as to what would be done and what to expect. Technician was on time, courteous and did a good job. It was only 52 when the job was done. The carpet was very wet & was advised to keep doors & windows open rather than turn on the heat. By 4:30, I didn't feel it was drying so shut the doors & windows ... turned heat up to 72 and started fireplace. This made a big difference and carpet was pretty much dried by bedtime.
