The technician was very knowledgeable. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerned. I like that zeroes doesn't leave an odor as it dries. I feel comfortable in my home after the service is through and the carpets are drying. My previous experience with the zerores technician made me a little leary of trying the service again but I was happy with the results the first time so thought I should try them again. Sean made a huge difference in my experience this time and left me with a good feeling about the company. I will call zerores again when I need my carpets cleaned.

I really enjoyed the two men who came to clean my carpet. Always smiling and very friendly. They explained the various processes and costs. We had nice conversation and they answered any questions I had and did not rush through their answers. My carpet is so clean and it was very dirty all stains are gone. I'm super happy with the outcome and the gentleman that did the service!

I love that Zerorez uses a natural way to clean. We walk around barefoot at my house, lay on the floors, and we also have fur babies that spend a lot of time on the carpets. They were able to clean and sanitize my carpets without the chemicals. Also, I have never had my carpets feel so clean. There was no stickiness while the carpets were still a bit damp nor after they were all dry.
Todd was exceptionally thorough in telling me exactly what he was going to do, and exactly what he found in each room. I was so impressed with how quickly the entire process was done as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, better service, or better results!

Professional service, on time, good communication
the technician was very informative and courteous. The products have a very fresh clean smell and work like a dream, even on heavy traffic area's. I have 2 area's that are particularly troublesome. They are both just off the kitchen and even these area's come clean. Nothing else works like ZEROREZ!!!
