The technicians were on time, pleasant, helpful and efficient. They explained the process and any potential extra fees along with recommendations for the best outcome considering I have a small dog and the urine spots in my carpet. The spots urine and otherwise on my carpets were all gone when they finished! The carpet smells fresh and there was no leftover residue or tacky feeling once dry. I would recommend Zerorez highly.
