I LOVE THE FACT THAT MY CARPET WASN'T SOAKING WET WHEN FINISHED AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED ON HOW CLEAN IT TURNED OUT. PLUS THE FACT THAT OUR CARPET DIDN'T HAVE THAT STICKY FEELING WHEN IT DRIED. THANKS TO JAMES FOR HIS GREAT WORK.

Loved the service, Eric was very polite and wanted to make sure I looked the carpets over and was satisfied before he left. Loved how the carpets turned out! Another service we used before is comparable in price but the spots would reappear after the carpet dried. Our carpets have stayed spot free and looks like we got new carpet. We will be using Zerorez again.
