We have friends that have a carpet cleaning business and every year they come out and clean our home. They give us a great deal however, when they leave and the carpet dries, the stains are still there. This year we switched to Zerorez. I NEEDed to know if it was our carpet or the cleaner. Turns out it was the former cleaner.
Zerorez was amazing, from making the appointment with Brie, to our technician, Sean. The customer service is right on-my house smells fresh and clean and the stains are gone.
