We've hired Zerorez several times and are never disappointed. The technicians are courteous and hard-working and are on time. Our carpets dry quickly and spots are removed. We had a chair cleaned and all the spots and stains were removed. Dwayne Day was our technician and it was evident he took great pride in his work. He was friendly on the phone and in person. He made extra efforts to remove some carpet stains that we didn't think could be removed - it was great! Zerorez is fortunate to have Dwayne as an employee. The only complaint is that we had an area rug cleaned and he pushed a little too much to have it sent out to be cleaned which would take 2 weeks to do rather than doing it at our house. That was not an option and it was uncomfortable for us to have to have that conversation. Other than that, our experience was very good. We will definitely use Zerorez again.
