Very pleased with the cleaning of our carpets. Starting from the appointment time to the final cleaning of the carpets. Everything went as they said it would; from the calls before the scheduled date to the call just before coming to our home. The service men were very polite and did their job in a timely manner and explained what may be a problem as we do have a small dog. They did not find any problem with that. They also gave us the amount of what the job would cost before starting. Very important!

You get all the stains out ALWAYS. I get you quite often and have never been disappointed. We will be looking for new carpet soon because our carpets are 25+ years old. I wouldn't trust my carpet cleaning to any other company!

The whole process was easy and productive. I got the estimate over the phone and was able to get a Sunday (very nice!) appointment a few days later. The guys that showed up were great and although I was somewhat concerned ahead of time that the cleaning crew would find some reason why my estimate would not be valid or they would pressure me into some upgrade but that was not the case. They checked out the rooms, said the estimate was correct, answered all my detailed questions about cat urine before starting. I showed them specifically where I knew there was a strong smell of cat urine and they worked those areas hard to ensure the urine smell would be gone and in a couple of spots that were particularly bad they showed me how the cat urine had penetrated the carpet tack strip and showed me which parts of it I should replace (on my own, of course) which I greatly appreciated. The guys (Mike and Derick?) were great and we're now zerorez fans!
