it smells fresh and clean but not 'soapy'. the service techs are always professional and care that you are happy with the finished product. They take the time to understand the 'problem areas' and do their best to get it super clean.

My carpet came out clean and fresh. Mike your tech, called to see if he could come a little earlier then appointed time. He was professional and very knowledgable about carpet cleaning. The last time we had our carpts cleaned by your company the tech told me there was no difference between wool or nylon carpets as far as cleaning goes. The carpet were clean but didn't smell very nice. This time they are both clean and pleasant smelling. Thank you Zerorez

Great job cleaning my old carpets and staff is professional and did a wonderful job.

I requested carpet cleaning the following day, and Zerorez was able to accommodate me. Nathan did a fantastic job. I scheduled to do the stairway only, but because there is a minimum fee, I was able to do two additional rooms for the same fee I was quoted. It looks wonderful and we are very pleased with the service provided. We have an office with quite a few rooms to be cleaned, and Zerorez will definitely be who we call. Great job!!!

The two guys that came out were very friendly and happy to be there - even for a Sunday :) Nathan was the lead tech, and he was training Taylor. And I must say, Nate is a very good trainer. He is very calm and patient, and explains things every step of the way in detail and makes sure that who he is training is on board with everything before they proceed. I was actually quite impressed. This was our first time using Zerorez and I will for sure use them again. The carpet looks and feels amazing! They did a thorough job and I have no complaints.
