No chemicals used. The work was explained thoroughly before starting and done in a timely manner. The workers were friendly, worked hard and efficiently. When I called to schedule, the person on the phone was kind, friendly, and considerate. I did not feel pressured and that was much appreciated.

The fact that you are open on Saturdays is awesome, You gave me enough notice so I was prepared for when the guy showed up. When the guy called saying he was done with his last job and we were next, we weren't fully moved out and so I asked if he could give us 2 more hours. He ending up finding a floater job which gave us 3 more hours, he was a life saver! When we did show up he told me about the pet treatment which he cut in half because he only needed to do half the room, he was very nice and called us when he was done so we could come back and lock up. The floors looked great and it was dry right away, I love that you don't use chemicals so they didn't smell when lay on the carpet. I would definitely recommend using zerorez in your home!

Staff is very courteous and professional. They called prior to coming and explained what the price was going to be prior to doing the work. It may be a bit more expensive than the others but by far well worth the money. My couch and love seat look brand new. By far exceeded my expectations.
