I like the fact that there is less harsh chemicals used to clean items. There is no crunchy residue which we love. My furniture looks better and our allergies are already better from having Zerorez clean our furniture. The staff and technicians are very professional. Additional services were offered but no push to purchase them which I greatly appreciated but very thankful that the technician didn't push me into getting them. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
