The men who came were friendly, professional, and took care of problem areas that I pointed out with a little extra care. They advised us to wait until the carpet was completely dry before replacing wood furniture to avoid staining the carpet. Everything felt clean and fresh and looks wonderful.

Hopefully, the process used is better for the rugs and will extend their life even more! Sorry, I'm in the process of moving and so haven't even been able to unroll them yet, but I'm sure they look fantastic!

What do you like about our products and services?

What I like most about my carpets was the water and the products being used to clean them were environmentally safe for my family, pet and kids. The two gentlemen that were at my place to clean the carpets couldn't of been more friendly and taking the time to explain the process and what we could use going forward. Gary and James were the best individuals to work with and I would request them again if my carpets needed to be cleaned. My husband was so pleased with their professionalism and commitment to the company.

The guys were pretty efficient with their time and got high traffice areas cleaner than the last couple of companies I have had out.
