The steaming really helped my carpet look and feel like new. Also it was not a long drawn out production, he was done with everything in 2 hours including setup and clean up.

Everything looks great other than one spot that we pretty much knew wouldn't come out because it was red on white carpet and had been there for a while - other than that, everything looks brand new and smells great!
