Your products work better than some I have used in the past. We had a rental unit in which our tenant had a cat and lived there for over 10 years. So cat staining issues were very evident. We subscribed for your level 2 pet stain service and it did a very good job even though with our several rooms resulted in quite an expense. However, we did not have to put in new carpet so saved quite an expense also. We bought the spot cleaner the tech offered and have used it already on another carpet and was very satisfied with its performance. The ecology of no soaps is also encouraging.

I like the orange peel smell that it leaves and also I didn't expect my carpet to be that white afterwards. It literally took away ALL the dirt!

Tech was on time, took care to treat spots, and was very nice and polite. Good customer service. The carpet, though very bad in this apartment, with grease carried in from outside looks so much better. He removed all of the grease. One spot defied everything he could do but I was pleased with the overall appearance of the carpet. Thanks.

My carpet looks beautiful. I did find the upselling a bit much. I understand that that is how to leverage your $150.00/3 room offer; however everytime I spoke with your representative that you sent to my home, I was completely irradiated.
Your rep worked extremely hard to get all stains out. We're actually amazed at how good one high traffic area looks!
