Your technicians are efficient and work diligently to get the job done. I have recommended zerorez a few times already to people I know. This last time, however, the job was not completed and areas were missed for pet odor, I had to call back and get an additional appt for finishing the work. I was gauranteed no further costs after 10 gals of pet odor treatment so if that does not follow through, I will not be a happy customer, fyi.
