The products smell great and the service tech really knew what he was doing. Our carpet looks great, even the stained areas where we didn't know what was actually spilled (kids don't always tell you what they spill). He pre-treated the trouble areas and mentioned that the stain would be gone or significantly decreased. From what I can see after a week, I would have to say the stains are gone. Thanks for doing such a great job. Keep up the great work.

Very professional and thorough cleaning service, and the flexible schedule, which happened to be on a Sunday, but it worked well for us! Jon was very professional and did a great job of explaining the process to remove blood from our carpet, and it worked!
