I really like that you don’t use chemicals to clean the carpets. There is no chemical odor.

The technicians are absolutely awesome! And Sal, who did our cleaning for the first time yesterday, was the best of the best! Courteous and knowledgeable beyond anything you'd expect. He gave me all the information I needed without me having to ask, put down blankets on our tile and went to work. His manner of interacting definitely made me feel like he valued me as a customer and appreciated our business AND that he was going to give us the best possible cleaning, which he did! I cannot say enough good about Sal. I will be requesting him for future cleaning appointments. And as always, our carpets are beautifully clean after a Zerorez service. I won't use anyone else!

Your Lead Technician, Brett Spence, is a true "carpet magician!" My carpet looks better than it was when originally installed. He did a terrific job! I'd welcome him back in my home anytime.
You really need to revert to your old phone system or get the new one fixed. It is almost impossible to communicate with your representatives. I've been forced to leave messages and send e-mails. I'm confident that your phone system is hampering rather than helping your business. You need "Zerorez" for your phone system to get it cleaned up!!!

The technicians are always polite, friendly, and efficient. I love how my carpets feel really clean, never stiff and I don't get the stains that come back up after the carpet is cleaned. I also have allergies so I like that there are no harsh chemicals.
