Very professional and quick but I wish he had mentioned the surround sound speaker bracket that got broken in the family room. Thanks for the product to use for spot cleaning too!

the gentlemen was polite, explained the services and how to use the spot remover......there were some areas still a little dirty after her was finished but he returned and did it all over again.
We are very happy with the results of our Zerorez Inland Empire carpet cleaning. The results were great. Our technician was on time, very polite and personable. We had a spot that was not quite clean, they returned and took care of it perfectly.

He communicated well, was polite and did a great job.
Unfortunately his van broke down on the way to my house and he was a few minutes late. Totally not his fault but due to that and having a different truck with an older machine, he said it didn't heat up the water as well. So my carpets took a very long time to dry!
Daniel has been cleaning my carpets for a few years now. He is wonderful, does a great job and I would never use any other carpet cleaning system. They look and smell beautiful and stay cleaner much longer than regular steam cleaning.
