Stains & dirt still on cushions of couch. Another cleaning product removed more dirt, do not yet know abt stains.
I like the idea of not using soap.

Good service and no chemicals
My home was filled with a clean smell. The tech was filled with lots of good info to help take care of our carpet. He was professional and friendly.
Our carpet gets DIRTY (we have 2 70lb dogs) and Zerorez cleans them so they look new again. The process is fast, effective and dries quickly.
Jorge showed up on time, preceded by a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Not only was he was personable and friendly, he did a thorough cleaning of our carpet. The price, though slightly higher than other companies, was competitive and the fact that he was able to clean so well without the use of chemicals was, a plus.

We had a great experience with Zerorez. No left behind residue, no odor, fast drying time. Robert was very professional and helpful. He did an amazing job in just 1 hour. Once the carpet was dry, it was soft and extremely clean.

I've tried several other carpet cleaning services and Zerorez is far superior in it's ability to get the carpets clean and fresh. And the technicians are great, friendly and knowledgable.
I own a few rentals, and although Zerorez is more expensive, it is completely worth it.
