The products they used are just like what they advertise, non-toxic and no soap. I called Zerorez and was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. My technician Michael did an awesome job with my carpet's deep cleaning. He told me that they can also clean travertine stones so I booked a second appointment the next day to clean the stones. It was beautiful and much cleaner after his cleaning. However, after Michael left, I noticed some streaks after the stone dried up. Michael was very quick to respond and came back to redo that section. He explained to me why it had happened. But it didn't matter--Michael took care of it! and my stone is looking good! Michael was always very polite, efficient, and professional. I would definitely rcall Zerorez for future services!

This is my second experience with Zerorez and I have been satisfied both times.
I am appreciative that i was given a bottle of spot remover.

There was a leftover oily spot on this last cleaning. But I am happy to say the
sport remover worked great.

I hope you cover the San Manuel area of Arizona 85631 in the near future. Many houses
in this area have tile floors and the grout becomes very soiled after awhile.

Zerorez has the best technicians. Everyone I meet with zerorez not only cleans my carpet superbly they leave me with a tip on how to keep my carpets clean and looking beautiful. My carpets are thirty years old and looks like new just layed carpet. I also have two pets that sometimes has accidents. Zerorez is the only company to use.

Matt was very good. He explained how to care for our carpets after they were cleaned. The whole process from setting the appointment to the cleaning was very good. Great communication. Just wish my carpets had come a bit cleaner, but I believe that is the price you pay for having old pets.
