What could we do to improve?

The guy who did my carpets was great! Richard?
He communicated well, was polite and did a great job.
Unfortunately his van broke down on the way to my house and he was a few minutes late. Totally not his fault but due to that and having a different truck with an older machine, he said it didn't heat up the water as well. So my carpets took a very long time to dry!

What do you like about our products and services?

Daniel has been cleaning my carpets for a few years now. He is wonderful, does a great job and I would never use any other carpet cleaning system. They look and smell beautiful and stay cleaner much longer than regular steam cleaning.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We've used Zerorez for several years and have been generally satisfied. We recently had our carpets cleaned ($379.00) and when everything dried there remained a dirty streak in our family room right in the traffic pattern. We called them and they gave us a window of 2 -4 PM yesterday to come out and spot it. We rearranged our schedule so that someone would be home and they never showed up....never called. Very disappointed.

I like your system using no soap. Your personnel have always been excellent and trustworthy. I left some things out in plain sight that could have been stolen but your guys are very honest, trust worthy and personable. I will always use ZEROREZ!!!
