The technician Daniel arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained the process and completed the job in a timely manner. I was very pleased that he didn't pressure us to "upgrade" the services. Will definitely request Daniel for our next cleaning.

Many homes have issues with pet stains and mine is no exception, I would suggest that you standardize your services. Sometimes they help move furniture, others don't even ask they just clean around furniture. One operator was exceptional, moved all my furniture "arm chairs" back into position and the sofas and put foam supports under them but others moved nothing. I was disappointed in that part since I live alone and moving sofa's and chair's is a little difficult.
