My rugs looked like new after Rashad did his work....When he cleaned the kitchen tile I was delighted at the results....the floor looked as it it was just newly laid ....... I could not have been more pleased

Knowledge of the methods of cleaning for carpet, tile, etc. Shag carpet looked clean after the procedure and smell was good. I have very large dog that likes to roll around on the shag.
