You have been cleaning my carpets for 13 years since I moved into this home. After you leave, my carpets always look they are brand new. I highly recommend you to all who ask.

The representatives are always punctual, clean and very personable. I have used other carpet cleaners but they never do as good a job as the people at zerorez.. I am always happy with the job that is done and I was very very pleased with the work that Robert did at my home.

Love love love how my carpet came out! The technician Richard was pleasant, and explained everything. A family member who lives in Vegas had their carpet clean through Zerorez, recommended them. Was happy to see they were in the Inland empire. . Definitely will use them again and recommend to my family and friends. Richard said any spots come up just call and he will be here ASAP. Thanks so much!

Great service. Technician on time, polite, courteous and did a great job. He cleaned carpets and rug, and cleaned and sealed the tile floors. Will definitely use them again.

I really liked the way Bret cleaned my carpet and area rugs. He took very close attention to the stains and was very careful with the walls and corners. I highly recommend Bret Spencer to clean your carpets and rugs and floors.

The technician Daniel arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained the process and completed the job in a timely manner. I was very pleased that he didn't pressure us to "upgrade" the services. Will definitely request Daniel for our next cleaning.

Your team exemplifies a true cleaning service from both start to finishing the cleaning projects that have been preselected. Both carpet and upholstery are done to perfection in my eyes.
Your cleaning technician, Sal, goes above and beyond to get the job done within the time frame he has to complete his tasks.
