The solution used cleaned the carpet perfectly. Carpet was smells very fresh and dried in a few hiurs.
Zerorez was referred to me by a family friend. I waited far too long to call and have them come to our home. I was always incredibly impressed by my friends emmaculate carpet. I never thought mine could look so good with multiple children and dogs living in our home. Well I was wrong! Zerorez has taken carpets from looking dingy back to new, my upholstered chairs from worn to new again!! I cannot believe the quality of service you provided me. I appreciate that that the process is chemical free and effective in getting my floors, furniture, and rugs clean. Your technicians are superior in the care they took of our home, quality of work, and time taken to ensure it was done at a superb level!! Thank you so much Zerorez!!! The process does not use chemicals. Spots do no return as with other methods. The technicians are friendly and helpful.
Service was Great, the products your company uses did an amazing job on my wall to wall guest room carpeting ,area rugs ,sofa,love seat ,ottomans, fabric patio cushions ! Thanks you very much . I will never use another company ...afterall why would I... when I have the best there is !
Zerorez provides all the equipment including the water. The employees are careful not to damage furniture and they even wear foot protection. The carpets looked clean and smelled clean. There was no musty or damp odor.
Brian cleaned our carpets. He is polite, not pushy and stayed on task. The last time someone else came. He did not have those qualities. After he left, I was not sure if I would use Zerorez again.

The scheduling process to the service was smooth, nothing diffcult or complicated. The technician is on time as scheduled and professional. The quality of the outcome when carpet and upholstery is dried, is incredible. Carpet and upholstery is dried by next day. I have severe allergies and sneeze literally every morning when I wake up. I got my service done yesterday and woke up today without sneezing. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone needing cleaning. I heard them on KFI640 am. I will probably get service again.

Carpet had been cleaned 2 days before the Zerorez cleaning. That carpet cleaner left soap in the carpet and the carpet did not look clean.
Zerorez really cleaned the carpet. It looked clean and did not have the soapy residue. I am very satisfied.

I specifically called you because my dog threw up on my carpet. The service rep said it probably wouldn't come out, I don't think he tried doing anything extra, and no surprise-the stain remains. Now I'm left to deal with it. I can rent a carpet cleaner and get out the easy dirt-I needed help with a problem and didn't get it.
You did nothing wrong. I am a widower and am 80 years old. I have no Business associates any longer. They either moved away or died. I have no reason to keep any other contacts viable. Although I do keep in occasional contact with some former co-workers and of course relatives in states such as Texas, North Carolina, Virginia, West by God Virginia and New Jersey.
I do not think my recommending you to them would do you much good.

Brian did an outstanding job of cleaning my carpet even though he had to deal with my smoke detector going off and causing a horrid noise. It was a coincidence that this happened while cleaning the carpet. Many thanks to Brian for trying to solve the problem. The fire department finally came shortly after Brian was finished.
You offered a 100% satisfaction. I had four chairs cleaned,one of them leather. The first three chairs ( which includes the leather) were very well done.The last chair,however doesn't even look like it was worked on. The technician claimed he did " the best I could" on the chair. Later when I was looking at the chair I found a streak of white left over soap.And looking at the arms and the seat I felt the work could have been better done. Since your claim I should be 100% satisfied or you would return,I called to have a return visit.
I set it up and the day before the visit I received a call stating it would cost me ANOTHER
$159.00. Apparently in the invoice the technician had written that the chair was " heavily soiled" and a reclean would be $159.00 and he had discussed this with me. He did NOT say anything about it costing me. He did write it on the invoice which he wrote in his van and emailed me as he drove off. I did not think this effected the " satisfaction guarantee " .
I am not happy and feel that this was a scam,the chair was deliberately not done well and the invoice was done this way on purpose! Name removed
