Our carpet looks great! Saul did a super job. There was a bit of delay in arrival time, but the office and Saul kept us informed...very professional.
From using the computer to arrange our appointment, to the notifications received, a call from your tech prior to arrival (right on time as expected), to the friendly service, and the professional cleaning result--WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? I have had Zerorez to my house twice in the last month. Tile, carpet and area rugs. I have already recommended to neighbors, two of which have already made appointments.
Your process and technicians get out soil and stains better than any other company. Additionally, they tend not to resoil nearly as quickly as traditional carpet cleaning. Lastly your technicians are always top tier.

The guy that came to do our carpets broke a vase.. I reported it and no one has contacted me yet. They told me a Mr Livingston was going to get back to me but he hasn't. Very disappointed .

The Service Tech who came out to my house this time was AMAZING! I can't say enough good about his professionalism and knowledge. He went out of his way to explain so much to me and I really appreciate it. Last time I wasn't happy with the job done and now I understand so much more about what can and can't be done. Also, my floors look even better this time. I will definitely be making this a once a year job. Thank you!

Although the technician was a nice guy and very professional I won’t be recommending your services because afterwards your office contacted me to see how the visit went. I mentioned that my carpets were still damp although it was a day later and it was delaying my two tenants moving in. The person from the office offered for a technician to come and help dry the carpets to which I responded yes. They then told me to put a fan in the window and let the carpet dry that way. I am annoyed because they offered to help dry the carpets but then rescinded the offer. Please don’t make offers that you have no intention of fulfilling it is humiliating.
