I was very impressed with Matt! He was very personable and knowledgeable. He provided excellent service and I will definitely have him return.

The technician was on time and extremely careful when bringing in the
equipment and making sure that the hoses would not hit the corners of my walls.
Biggest plus is that they do not use chemicals in their solutions and it is very
green friendly.
He was able to remove all the spots on the carpets and it all looks brand new.
I also decided to have my 2 sofas cleaned. Now I am not going to replace them LOL
Very efficient and courteous as well.

Sal is great. He is professional, does an excellent job, and is a pleasure to have in my home. He is always friendly, kind, and helpful. The carpets and the furniture were cleaned beautifully and there is no carpet-cleaning smell.

Marcel was outstanding!! We will request him next time. He was professional and did a fantastic job. Our carpets look BRAND NEW and they were installed in 1994! We only use Zerorez and tell all our friends and family to use them too.

Expectations for shag rug cleaning were higher. Rug didn't come entirely clean on edges/corners.

My carpeting looks terrific. Alex did a super job. I have used Zerorez in the past and I have always been very happy with the results.

I am hoping to have my hard surfaces cleaned in the very near future.

Daniel removed some spots on the carpet that I had suggested would be impossible to remove. I was very pleased

carpets were way too wet for way too long which is why we switched to ZR in the first place. cust serv & online scheduling is great. last tech was not up to par at all. if new then send experienced mgr with. ZR expects tech to have a personal cell phone to use? techs phone inop so i had to call CServ to get $total & add my rug cleaning to bill (which i listed online in notes & you had cleaned before). Just not at all professional or high quality job!! Not techs fault - ZR has not set him up for success!! Don’t need apology - just suggest you fix ZR policies! Or don’t - I will look elsewhere for service. I generally don’t do reviews but this was a BAD experience!

A lot of easy stains still left behind. Did not go under some of the furniture.

I like the fact that you use "water" to clean and no nasty chemicals. My daughter works as an Environmental Director for Health Care Without Harm and was very happy that I started using you.
I also like the fact that your technicians always call before arriving and tell you when they will be there. Then they show up and do a great job.
