How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The value wasn’t there. Th carpets are clean and look good but for $300 they should look brand new. I’m new to this area and the company I used prior to moving here isn’t in this area. They do a better job for $180.
You’re way overpriced. I’m happy to have clean floors again but I will not be using your services again.
Please note this is not a negative review of the technician that cleaned the carpet. I have nothing bad to say about him. This is about the company overcharging.

We were not optimistic about the carpet as it had not been cleaned in a long time. We were very pleasantly surprised. Carpet looked like it was new. Bryan did a fantastic job for us. We’ll be using your services again.

What do you like about our products and services?

We’ve been using Zerorez for years. We have white carpet that’s now almost 25 years old. Several years ago we were thinking we needed to replace it. We had it cleaned by Zerorez and it looked brand new. We’ve been using them ever since and they’ve never disappointed.

The cleaning products have no chemicals and the carpets do not feel sticky after they are cleaned. Brett who did my service was very polite and efficient. I have had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez several times and I have always been happy.
