I've used Zerorez several times now and have always been happy with the results. My carpets look so much better, and with no soaps or "crunchy" feeling after the cleaning. I also have some individual couch cushions cleaned, and they look so much better. Thank you!

We have used your company almost since you started, when you still had the great big truck, etc. We were always very happy with the carpet cleaning, but the last two times we've been disappointed. We had several dark areas in front of the living room chairs and they don't look any cleaner than before the technician started. It looks like the carpets were simply vacuumed and not scrubbed at all where necessary.
Sorry to say, I don't think we'll be calling you again.
I like the no smell/no residue feel of the carpet after it's been cleaned and your FANTASTIC technicians!!
