The worst was the scheduling.. I was scheduled for a 10-12 window on both Fridays, the 1st and the 8th. I broke it up in 2 Fridays because it was a lot of work. Cleaning and polishing my marble bathroom, my granite kitchen, cleaning 2 small chairs, 2 ottomans, and one love seat, as well as patio furniture. Cleaning 3 bedrooms, one stairway and one 8x10 wool rug. Two throw rugs were taken back to the warehouse for cleaning. Also some caulking in master bath, kitchen and upstairs bath. All to the tune of $1635. On the first Friday the two people showed up around 12:30. The short story is, the senior guy left as it turns out to go get the caulking that he didn't bring. Said he would be gone 20 min. After an hour, I called and he said he is on his way -- maybe about 20 min. I told him that it was too late, that we need to use the kitchen. To come back and finish the following Friday. So, that night I had about 1 and one half hour's worth of cleaning due to all the mess that was made. My floors weren't protected by the plastic booties and the blankets weren't enough. Not just the floors. There was hair everywhere due to the counters being cleaned and polished. So, the lead man told me to see if everything was to my liking and that if I had any problem, he would remedy it the next visit. The patio furniture wasn't good enough. The lead person had to take it back to the warehouse to clean. Also the small chairs needed the arms done because they weren't done. I needed further work done in the master bathroom. Some tile was cleaned but not polished and there was still water stains, etc. Back to scheduling: Friday, the 8th, the man was due to come between 10-12; he came at 2:45. That is because the scheduler bumped me. I had made that appointment about a month earlier!! And worse is, the scheduler/office didn't tell me of the bump. I had a periodontal appt. (unexpected) at 11 am, and cut it short (no biopsy) because I wanted to be there when "they" showed up. (my husband was home). Well, they didn't show up until 2:45 p.m. So the office doesn't honor their client's time at all. I was livid!! Short story the man worked until 9 p.m., wasn't finished and said he needed to go (I totally understood, poor guy). He worked very hard. Said he would come back on Monday which he did and completed everything. However, two of the 3 caulking jobs had the wrong color caulking -- he didn't offer to get the right colors -- and I was too worn out from everything, that I've let it go. He knew they were the wrong colors. I will get the right color of caulking and have somebody else do it. From now on, I will go on Angie's List and get a person to do this type of work who is the business owner. These kinds of things wouldn't have happened.

The quality of the cleaning, the courtesy and professionalism of Eduardo, the technician who cleans my carpets. He always arrives on the early side of the 2 hour window, and calls 30 minutes before arriving.
