The technician called and came a couple of hours early. He was clearly in a hurry to get the job done - missed some corners and out of the way places. Suspect he hurried through the earlier jobs as well, which was why he was able to come early. I noticed one spot right out in the open and had him go back. Others I found after he left.

I have used and recommended Zerorez for years. After my last experience I won't be so quick to do that. I had 4, 100% completely empty rooms done. Not a single obstruction in any room. All were completed within an hour. I can't vacuum those rooms in an hour. After the work was done, spots and traffic areas were still clearly noticeable in every room. When I asked technician to redo a small area he was visibly upset and initially gave me numerous reasons why the area "might not come clean". Although I understand wear and tear and general aging is a factor, I explained to him previous cleanings had ALWAYS been completed with beautiful results. After a little begging and cajoling he agreed to redo one small area. No improved results. I did not ask him to redo any other areas I was not happy with. As he was packing his equipment I asked him if he had a busy day, and he said his next appointment wasn't for 2 or 3 hours if I recall. In that time he could have redone the entire house. Although he was never discourteous or rude in any way, I did get the impression he was unaffected by my dissatisfaction; which was quite evident. Again, for years I have told everyone that would listen how amazing you are. Quite a different assessment now.

Rashad is a wonderful representative for Zerorez. He does an amazing job at least once a year restoring my white grout in the kitchen, a poor choice 20 years ago! I feel very confident having him in my home; the Zerorez method leaves my floor cleaner & I feel they are more professional than any other company I've tried over the past 20 years! When I need any other home cleaning solutions (hardwood floors, upholstery) I will have Zerorez on my speed dial.

The Zerorez technicians are professional and friendly. They always do an amazing job cleaning my carpets and they are fast! Five rooms of carpets will be done within an hour. I've had an experience with another carpet cleaning company where they left my carpets sloshing in water! Not Zerorez. When they are done my carpets are mildly damp and completely dry by the next morning.

My husband has allergies to perfume or fragrances. Zerorez has been a blessing in helping keep my rugs and tile floors look special and keep my husband happy. The service has been great with technicians coming as they said they would come, working on my rugs or tile floors and recommending ways to keep them beautiful. The company is great!!!

After the cleaning my stairs are clean in the middle, but still dirty on both sides. The vertical part of the stairs is also still dirty. The cleaning is not even inside the bedroom either: some parts are lighter than the others.
