Technician was on time if not early. He was knowledgeable about his business. I was expecting a young kid....
He gave me advice about the up keep of carpet and seemed to know what material the carpet was and how it responds to cleaning and wear and tear.
He also advised me on my very old vinyl and left a small amount of cleaner for me to try. Didn't try to up sell me on something, which I expected too.
Overall great experience.
Chemical free. Fast drying. Safe for people and pets.

I love that it’s safe for pets and especially kids and also it dries within 24 hours. I do love the clean smell they use. This time I did the special application and it really has made a difference especially with vacuuming and quick spills. They all removed easily
