How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The guy that came to do our carpets broke a vase.. I reported it and no one has contacted me yet. They told me a Mr Livingston was going to get back to me but he hasn't. Very disappointed .
I was an avid customer and believer in zerorex!

I've had tile grout and carpets cleaned by Zerorez and both turned out beautifully. The technicians were polite and friendly and hard-working.

The Service Tech who came out to my house this time was AMAZING! I can't say enough good about his professionalism and knowledge. He went out of his way to explain so much to me and I really appreciate it. Last time I wasn't happy with the job done and now I understand so much more about what can and can't be done. Also, my floors look even better this time. I will definitely be making this a once a year job. Thank you!

The carpet is really clean. My carpet is 19 years old and has been kept fresh and stain free by Zerorez. I even have two dogs and a cat. I wouldn't let anyone else clean my carpet,
