The tech who came out to our house did a PHENOMENAL job! The man was an absolute miracle worker! He was very professional and thorough. Punctual and courteous service. The carpet areas really needed some deep cleaning, and now they look new. Initially, we were a bit worried because we saw some raised carpet "bumps" in a couple of rooms, and we thought the treatment had dislodged the carpet, but it all looked fine after full drying. Now it looks like a brand-new carpet. So, overall, we're very satisfied, and we'll recommend Zerorez to our friends. Thank you!

Eddie cleaned out floors last week and did a wonderful job. Not only do the floors look like new, but Eddie was extremely polite and helpful. We could tell that he worked hard to do the best job he could and put in extra effort on difficult to clean areas. The pride he took in making sure we were pleased with the outcome was especially nice.

They got here early, after calling to see if it was okay. Did a great job on my very dirty and spotty carpets. Got stains out of my dining room chairs that I thought would never be clean again.

My Mom passed and she had 3 cats that lived in the house 4 months after she passed. They made a mess of the carpet. Urine spots everywhere.
