Sal does an excellent job. He arrives at the scheduled time and gets right to work. This time he was training a young man and from what I could hear he was commendable in the way he explained the various aspects of providing quality service.

I wasn’t going to reply to this but since you sent it again I guess I will? I had my tile cleaned on the 19th of August. The tech who came was very nice! (Ben) To be fair, he probably felt we were happy with the job. When he was done it looked better than when he started so I thought it was a great job, and told him so. We did ask about some areas, but he said that those areas were still wet and would look ok when dry. It wasn’t until after he left that I started closely looking and was very disappointed! A 6 inch or so strip was filthy for the entire perimeter of the areas we had cleaned. I understand that your machines can not get right up to the edge of things but then there should be another way for the area to be done? (Or be told that I would have to clean edges myself?) Then while I was down cleaning those areas, and looked closer, I saw that the middle of a lot of tiles were not cleaned, and whole areas seem to be missed entirely. I actually spent 1 1/2 hours cleaning what was missed! The water I was cleaning with was actually black with the dirt I was getting up?! I wasn’t going to even call, but did because I felt it was crazy to have spent almost $300 and then spend 1 1/2 hours on my knees cleaning? I was asked if I wanted you to come back out, but it was all clean by then, so what good would that have done? So then it was a quick well sorry about that - I’ll let my manager know- bye?! I don’t know what I expected, but to have paid that much and then spend the amount of time on MY hands and knees to clean what was just cleaned seems wrong! So there you go- the reason I don’t think I would recommend you to my family or friends at least without a warning that you get a lot clean but expect to finish the job yourself?
The young man that was here he tried; my carpets are old, I know that, last year you sent someone out my carpet was the cleanest ever, so I know it can be done. You have too many inexperienced young people I will not recommend or use Zerorez again.

I called Zeroez to remove an odor in my bedroom carpet from a pet accident. They serviced the carpet twice, and the cleaning made no difference in the smell.

The communication between me and the person that came out was crystal clear, he let me know when he was coming, and was very willing to give me a 5 min heads up so I could lock up my dogs. He was friendly, efficient, and performed his job beautifully.
