Eddie cleaned out floors last week and did a wonderful job. Not only do the floors look like new, but Eddie was extremely polite and helpful. We could tell that he worked hard to do the best job he could and put in extra effort on difficult to clean areas. The pride he took in making sure we were pleased with the outcome was especially nice.
They got here early, after calling to see if it was okay. Did a great job on my very dirty and spotty carpets. Got stains out of my dining room chairs that I thought would never be clean again.
My Mom passed and she had 3 cats that lived in the house 4 months after she passed. They made a mess of the carpet. Urine spots everywhere. Zerorez came in and worked very hard on the spots and smell. They did an unbelievable job. No smell, no spots and I could not be happier. Thank you so much. House sold a week later.
Best carpet cleaning there is. Dries so much quicker and removes stains others don't.
Technician Jeremy was so kind, and patient. Even when he had to come back and try to remove a stain later in the day that was missed, he had the best attitude.

Our technician was very friendly and professional, and the carpets look great.
I scheduled an online appointment about 3 weeks out. About a week before the appointment you arbitrarily changed the appointment without asking if the appointment time was ok with my schedule. It wasn’t. I had to start over and wait another 4 weeks. Very unprofessional. I’ve since read reviews and this seems to be an ongoing problem. I don’t know if your product is worth the hassle.

The technician, Romero, was excellent! He made our15 year old carpet look presentable again. He also did a nice job on the tiled floors in the kitchen and bathroom. He was very prompt and gave clear instructions on aftercare.
