I have used your services for many years and have always been happy with the results.This last appointment was better than ever...I had a chair that I almost gave away because it looked so bad after years of use....I asked to have it cleaned and was amazed at the results...no joke it looked like brand new..... also had my rugs done with the same results....the cleaning person was polite and friendly....I could not have been happier

I was impressed by the good communication with reminders/confirmation of my appointment and a call from Justin to check if it was ok to come early. When he arrived, he explained what he would be doing, confirmed what I was expecting to have done, and got to work! Justin did not make any false promises about getting out persistant stains and explained how the technique worked (which appears to be better than prior techniques). He was helpful in putting furniture where I wanted it and suggested putting fans out to help drying. I will request Justin in the future.
The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was excellent. He was meticulous about his work and did a great job. Also, very pleasant personality and I would request him for next time.

Efficient and good results
This was our first time using Zeroez. I was referred by my family. We received exceptional customer service from Sergio Marquez. He did an outstanding job. Throughly explained what he was going to do before he began our tile and grout cleaning and grout sealing. We also had 3 bedrooms carpets cleaned. I was impressed with the products used and how fast they dried. I will definitely recommend Zeroez.
