Excellent service and great quality! First time using Zerorez on tile floor bathrooms which helped clean leftover contractor debris that we had tried to clean ourselves numerous times. Only Zerorez was able to get the floors looking like new!
Our technician Matt, was great. Did an excellent job on some very dirty stairs. Your cleaning solution is also excellent !
My carpets are very clean and they dried quickly.
I got baited and switched: they quoted me a price for 2 carpets and a couple small patches of entryway linoleum and after setting up stated the linoleum was 30 more per spot (other companies do this for free because it takes less than a minute for each spot).
The only piece of furniture to move was a coffee table: didn't move it or clean under it. The dude said they dont move furniture (I remember them doing this in the past, other cleaning companies do it... sounded fake).There were pieces of dirt i could pick up with my fingers in the path of the vacuum: the guy spent 15 minutes on the whole thing for 159$.
The technician was ready to leave and i had to catch him and remind him the furniture needs a barrier (foam or plastic squares) to prevent damage to the carpet and furniture. Handed me a pile of them and i did them myself.
Complete joke: completely unsatisfied. They can expect negative feedback on social media.
I am sorry to say that I can not remember the name of the young man who cleaned my carpets last week. He was very professional, informative and did an amazing job.
I have a large spot on my carpet that did not come out.
We had our carpet cleaned last Friday. The technician did a great job and was very nice and professional.

Your technician only did the hallway and half of the small bedroom, I was shocked to walk through to the master bedroom and find it untouched.
Please let me know when you can send someone to clean the carpet in the one room they was our priority.

I love the fact that your products are non-toxic and that every time I get my carpets clean it makes my carpets look brand new I literally contemplated buying new carpet and then I have you guys come in and clean my carpet and then I think I don’t need to buy new carpet it looks wonderful!
