Front carpet still smells like pee. I realize it may be the pad. Primary reason was how wet carpet got. It’s still not dry. My experience with another Green co. Was better and cheaper.
as I told Eric one of your bosses or owner. her friend told me about Zerorez when I watched the video and I saw the counter rotating brushes it would pull the cat hair and do it up out of the carpet as well as the alkaline water cleaning I was very anxious to try it. when Ben came out and told me they hadn't used the counter rotating brushes in the Orange county area for over 2 years. and I saw that the residual stains started coming up and much of the cat hair was not lifted out of the carpet. I was significantly disappointed. Eric has worked it out with me. although until after I get my next cleaning. I don't think I'll be referring anybody. sorry
Excellent service the finished product was better than I thought it would be the sectional sofa looks brand new as well as the area rug. The technician was amazing and very courteous and professional and worked his tail off as this sofa is huge. Thank you for the service and the price line was great as well for the amount of work done.
Price is really great. Service people are always on time, let me know ahead on timing, pleasant and careful of the property; if the pricing does not look right they fix it on the spot. Great at getting stains out, and very fast at the cleaning. I use them for my family and rental properties all the time, recommend without reservation.

I am upset that I was not told ahead of time that if I wanted to use a cc I would have to pay $5.00 extra!
I can not tell any discernable difference in your special water system and just the regular cleaning!

They were prompt, on time, and finished in about 1 and a half hours. The stains on the rug
were removed. I thought they did a fine job.

Jacob was wonderful he listened to my concerns and assured me that he would do his very best and he went above and beyond. My carpets never looked so good.
I have used different cleaning companies and I was not satisfied with them, sometimes they had to come back to go over certain areas.

Service technician was amazing! Very personable/professional. Review is not reflective of his personal services rather the over promised/overpriced product. Online ad advertised 3 rooms for $159. We had two small rooms (less than 300sq feet) and a small staircase for >$200. Not equivalent to other carpet cleaners in the area. Carpet was not scrubbed by brush heads as advertised online. Carpet also feels “crunchy” after service (advertised otherwise online). Will not use nor recommend Zerorez services in future.

Our carpets now feel terrible and extremely crunchy after the cleaning. We had high-end plush, soft carpet prior to the cleaning and now it is completely ruined! The technician is coming back out, but quite frankly we're afraid to have him put anything else on the carpet to make it worse. We are so unhappy with what happened and are looking to get this resolved. Our carpet was so soft before and now that is gone!
