The carpet came out great & clean... but the employee could have wiped off the splashes along the edge of the walls.... they did'nt move the couch either...... I moved eveything out of the living room except the couch & only my sn was home..... it would'nt have been that hard to move the couch over, clean... themn put it back on the styrofoam blocks???? But the carpet WAS clean!

I would defiantly recommend your service. Tell your people not to ask for a high rating saying they get a bonus for each rating of 10. I find this unprofessional. Just a thought.
