The slogan worked on me “The people that drink the water”. That’s what got me to call them the 1st time. Beautiful result. They were out for the 2nd time a couple days ago. Same, beautiful result. But this time we had Jorge and he is really great! He called me to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if that was ok. Did a fantastic job and so of course the next time our carpets & floors need to be cleaned, ZeroRez is the only one I’ll use.

I've been using Zerorez for several years at a few different properties in Whittier, Yorba Linda and Placentia. Everything is always well done.

On this occasion I had service on October 6th, 8 am. Carpets and tile. Carpets appear to be quite good as usual. The tile however didn't clean up as it usually does. I did not watch the technician doing the work and left as soon as he did without walking around the house. I had another appointment in Whittier at 10:30 and had to leave.

Upon return I noticed that the tile wasn't as clean as usual. It almost appears that not enough product was used directly on the tile and allowed to penetrate the tile for best results. In some areas I could not see any difference between before and after.

I took one photo which I could share with you. I do not want the tile recleaned at this time due to various obligations but I would appreciate a substantial discount on my next tile cleaning appointment.

The technician, Jeremy I believe, was very professional. I had been expecting Alex since I had received text messages from him and he has done the work at my property in the past.
