Refund $72. that you charged me to clean my 6x8 area rug. It had no specific spots, no animal stains, just grayed from wear.
I rolled it up and took it out the front door for Jeremy. After he left I went out to look at it and feel it. It had gray areas and was not one bit damp. I got a clean white towel, a bottle of Folex and tested every area that looked dark. I have saved the towel. Filthy. When I called back, the girl on the phone asked me if I “wanted it surface clean or deep clean?”
I want it $72 clean.
My stairs are still wet in some areas, 2 days later. The last person from Zerorez who cleaned by bedroom carpet restored the color in a faded spot and it lasted a year. I expected that to occur again. Jeremy said “No, we don’t do that.” They did in 2019.
My how times have changed, as well as service.
I tried to get the scheduler to find a time anyone could return to fix the problem. She could get someone out on the 27th, 12 days later.
I think an effort would be attempted to satisfy a customer. I received several text messages for months trying to get me to schedule an appointment, so I did. I’m not happy. Please refund my money paid to clean the area rug, $72, and keep the $179 for the rest of the job.

Very rough work was done with my carpet. The cleaning results were definitely different with what they advertised in the ads.
I like you don't use harsh chemicals and carpet drys a lot faster. Your technician was knowledgeable and professional.

Natural, no chemicals
I have been using ZEROREZ for over 10 years and recommend it to all of my clients. There is never any soap residue, because they don’t use soap. Good old water is their “secret sauce” and I would never use another carpet cleaning service.

I really appreciated the latest cleaning done by Jeremy this past Monday!! He worked diligently to get our rugs and tile very clean. It was harder than usual because it has been 2 years since the last cleaning due to COVID-19. He was very pleasant to work with and cooperated with us.
The thing I like the best about Zerorez cleaning is that you use water to clean instead of "dry cleaning" chemicals that are very irritating to the nose and lungs.

The technicians do a wonderful job getting every nook and cranny they can when working on the carpets or furniture. There's always a difference after they have cleaned, in the look and the smell, for it's always fresh and brighter. And because they don't used a detergent, there's never any residue to vacuum up or track around. And it all dries in a day. Thank you.
