I believe I was over charged. My condo was completely empty. Your guy was done in less than half the time because he didn’t need to move anything.
You quoted me around $430. It took only 1 and 1/2 hours to complete the project. Your technician told me he usually spends most of his time and effort to move stuff.
When I told him I believe I should get a discount he looked on his handheld and found a $40 discount. So my job took half the time and 25% of the effort but I get only a 10% discount. This seams wrong to me.
You quote jobs without seeing the job. Maybe you need to provide pricing for empty home carpet cleaning.

Your team does a great job and the carpet, new, old, Persian or polyester is clean when the associate completes the job. Always polite and helpful.
